| Verities of Golf Clubs (Stick)
There are some different variations of Golf Clubs are available to play different kind of shots. The noticeable difference in different clubs is loft. It is an angle in between the vertical plane and club’s face. Loft makes a ball to leave the tee at ascending trajectory and not with the swing angle. The contact of the golf club makes the ball to compress, while grooves on club face gives the backspin to the ball (a clockwise spin, if you see it from a parallel stand point to left of the ball). These back spin and compression together creates lift. Almost all the irons and woods are labeled with the number. Higher the number, higher lofts and shorter shafts, which gives a shorter and higher trajectory to the ball.
The variation of Golf Clubs can be different with respect to the golf players, but a set to play the golf must not have more than 14 golf clubs. A set consists of two fair-way woods, a driver, a set of irons, a sand wedge, a pitching wedge, a putter and one more club of golfer’s choice.
